Alienware's M15x and M17x Available to Order, Equipped with Core i7


The upper-end models of Alienware's laptop line are now finally ready to be ordered by the general public. The M15x is now available with a Core i3, Core i5, or Core i7 process along with your choice of a 512MB NVIDIA GeForceGT 240M or 1GB GeForece GTX 260M, a 1,600 x 900 or 1,920 x 1080 15.6-inch WLED panel, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, 250GB HDD (upgradable to SSD for those who want to shell out more money), and plenty of bright lights. The M17x can be ordered with a Core i7-920XM processor, dual 1GB GeForce GTX 280M GPUs (or a pair of Radeon Mobility HD 4870s), and everything else you can think of. The M15x has a base price of $1,199 and the M17x has a base price of $1,799. Lets see how sales go for the new Alienware lineup.
