Knowing this sort of training is in high demand IT schools are able to offer it directly. Benefiting them and their students hands on. With devices and software, first hand training of all things BlackBerry opens quite a few doors depending on what it is you are looking forward to doing after schooling.
Personally, I think, they need to start training their support staff first before offering this to the IT Professional's. My last few experiences with T-Support haven't been satisfactory. Have you noticed this as well? Please share your stories with.
