Archos has just announced their new tablets, the Archos 7 and Archos 8 Home Tablet, both of which run Android OS and has ARM9 CPUs – these new tablets are not exactly over powered. The Archos 7 Home Tablet has a 7-inch touch screen and measures about 12mm in thickness. Weighing about 350 grams, you also get WiFi, 2GB of integrated memory on the cheaper model. Battery life will last for about seven hours of video or 44 hours of audio playback. It will be out in stores sometime in April.
