Hoping to impress a handset manufacturer aimlessly walking the floors of MWC, the British firm Pelikon displayed their latest technology the MorphPad.
The MorphPad is designed to combine a keypad and touchscreen together, this is not your everyday Keyboard, this MorphPad can be reconfigured and can double as a touchpad by backlighting different portions of the keys. As you can imagine it is a virtually limitless utility in a mobile device where the space for a true touchpad simply doesn't exist, and you can watch the video to see how well they can work in sync.
Pelikon has also been in business with Toshiba on its domestic market Biblio. Hopefully this devices will be launched world wide.
