iPad Jailbreak Rumor Emerge [Part 2]

So the iPad has now been out over 24 Hrs, and we've given you our review of the device.

There is NO word on the official iPad Jailbreak. Jailbreak community member, MuscleNerd tweeted about "spirit," a jailbreak solution that's being worked on by comex, which should work on an iPad without any modification:
"spirit" by @comex is pretty solid already. In fact, the expectation is it'll work during iPad testing as-is, no changes needed.
We have not head from GeoHot or p0sixninja of the DevTeam who informed us about GreenP0ison, a new jailbreak solution for the iPhone\iPodTouch and of course the iPad.
So far Saurik's only comment has been "Cydia on the iPad will happen if a jailbreak is released." We've also heard from Saurik:
I, and many others, are hoping for a delayed release of any iPad jailbreaks, to allow the same exploit to be used on 3.2 iPhones.
Which makes complete sense. As we and many others have pointed out many times, there's only a limited amount of exploits available on these type of devices, and there's no reason to use them up on minor releases when we're are aware of major ones are coming soon. Which is the reason why we don't have an un-tethered jailbreak for OS 3.1.3 yet.

Don't let that discourage you! We can assure you that a Jailbreak for the iPad is imminent - it won't be tomorrow, you can bet safely on one being released soon, possibly when the iPhone/iPod Touches get OS 3.2. Developers have gotten their hands on the iPad already (including GeoHot), so it's just a matter of time.
