HTC's finest handset on Verizon "Incredible" was quite tough to crack, but our good friends over at XDA-Developers have finally been able to crack the Incredible and gain root access.
The hack is pretty cumbersome at the moment, but there should be a much easier workaround for root on the Incredible in the coming week. The important thing though, is that it's happened, and we're now probably only a few days removed from a user-friendly patch that lets us truly do whatever we might want with this "Incredible" phone.
