Apple Releases iOS4; Not Safe For Jailbreakers and Unlockers

Apple has released iOS 4 to the masses, for iPhone 4, 3GS, 3G and iPod Touch 3G, 2G.

Jailbreak / Unlock:

We are working hard on a release to our tools that will jailbreak your device (or give you iOS 4 via the jailbreak train) and provide you with a carrier unlock.

Until these tools are released you should hold off on updating your device until we have fully tested our tools with all the relevant devices.

If you rely on hacktivation or a carrier unlock (ultrasn0w) then you should not upgrade until we have fully tested and released our tools.

Warning:

• Jailbreakers and unlockers must avoid iOS 4.0 firmware. Updating may result in loosing the jailbreak or unlock. We strongly recommend you to stay away from iOS 4 firmware and wait for the new jailbreak and unlock tools to be updated and released.

Note:

• For now the iOS 4.0 is available for iPhone and iPod Touch only. iPad users will be getting iOS 4.0 update later this year. iPhone 2G and iPod Touch 1G users are not getting iOS 4.0 update,due to hardware compatibility reasons. SORRY GUYS!
