Apple Seeded iTunes 9.2 Beta To Developers [MAC Only]

Apple released iTunes 9.2 beta for Mac OSX to developers, along with the iOS4 GM via iPhone dev Center. iTunes 9.2 beta is required to activate iPhone and iPod Touch after installing iOS 4 GM.

This beta version runs on Mac OS X only. iOS 4 final release is rumored to come out on June 21st, so hopefully iTunes 9.2 should be released around the same time.

iTunes 9.2 features:

• Sync with iPhone 4 to enjoy your favorite music, movies, TV shows, books and more on-the-go
• Sync and read books with iPhone or iPod touch with iPhone OS 4 and iBooks 1.1

• Faster back-ups while syncing an iPhone or iPod touch with iPhone OS 4
• Performance improvements make scrolling much faster
