Apple has introduced a range of new support documents to help users facing any problems, since its recent MobileMe service upgrade. An extensive document also explains how to set up many popular email services to forward messages to your MobileMe address so you can read all your email in your MobileMe inbox.

New features introduced with MobileMe service:
- Widescreen and compact views
- Rules to keep your email organized everywhere
- Single-click archiving
- Formatting toolbar for message compose
- Faster performance
- Increased security with SSL
- Support for sending from external email addresses
- Improved junk mail filtering
Features that were removed from MobileMe Mail:
- Quick Reply.
- Resizable columns in Classic view.
- Built-in spell checker (use of your web browser's built-in spell checker is supported instead). See this article for details.
- Importing a vCard contact directly from MobileMe Mail into MobileMe Contacts.
New keyboard commands:
- Shift+Escape = Open switcher
- Escape = Dismiss switcher
- Left/Right arrow = highlight the app
- Return = Open the selected app
