DROID ERIS 2.1 Update Coming Soon

We recently posted about the HTC DROID ERIS 2.1 leak. Verizon has officially begun the HTC DROID ERIS, 2.1 OTA software update. Considering this is a gradual rollout, only about 1,000 people will get an on-device notification prompting them to begin the update first. If you’re not fortunate enough to be one of those people, 9,000 more users will get the nod tomorrow. Verizon is expected to push the update to all of the DROID ERIS users by the 16th of May, depending on how the testing with the first batch goes.
